With Crochet gaining new fans and a following from a much wider age range, we wanted to create a magazine that catered for those who were new to the craft, but didn't want to alienate those who have been crocheting a bit (or a lot) longer.

The solution?

We aim to provide crochet patterns that tick all the boxes - fun, fresh, vibrant, challenging - modern styles or retro chic - with 'how to crochet' tutorials and guides for those who are just taking up the hook (and those who need a little refresher course!), with Advanced Skills and Special Techniques every once in a while. With a great mix of clothes, accessories and homeware, there will be something to tickle everyones fancy.

Patterns are not pitched at a particular level - instead, we list the techniques used in each pattern even before you buy it so you can decide for yourself if it's for you. Who's to say what's difficult anyway? Pah - not us!!

We are Designer Friendly too. All our contributing designers have the option of using their pattern as we've produced it - complete with tech editing, photography and layout. They can either take a share in the sales fees or go for an up-front payment. They've got to earn a living too!
   
Unlike print magazines, we are able to bring you the very latest in news and reviews at the drop of a hat in our 'News' section. It's like a blog, but different. Although it might be the same, we're not sure yet - let's see how it goes! Anyway, do check it out every so often - there will be offers, competitions, yarn, general hookiness and much, much more.
