. If you paid by PayPal, please include the email address associated with your PayPal account. Following purchase of a PDF, you will be sent a link to download the pattern. The link will remain active for 5 downloads, after which time we hope you have saved the pattern somewhere safe! If you need a replacement, please let us know (again, with the name of the pattern and your paypal email address) and we will do what we can to help. Please note that due to the nature of PDF downloads, all sales are final. |
| Why aren't all the patterns free? |
| Free pattern sites are great - and we do offer some free patterns on love-crochet. However, we feel that good designs come from hard working, talented designers, and as such they should be rewarded. The designers retain the rights to the work, and are paid a good percentage of each sale according to the payment options they choose - and we agree the sale prices with them too. We try to support and encourage designers, and we hope you will too! By supporting the designers, we are ensuring that they can continue to furnish us with amazing patterns. IMPORTANT: love-crochet patterns are copyrighted and are for personal use only. If you would like to use the patterns for commercial purposes, please ask the designer first. You can always email your request to love-crochet if their contact details aren't provided. |

| We would love you to! We can tell you when our next issue is live, and tempt you with lovely sneak previews, special offers and juicy tidbits. Pop over here and enter your email address - it's a simple as that. No registering, no tricky passwords to remember! We promise not to sell your information, or spam you - no sir, not ever. | Please do! We are always happy to hear from designers and writers, both new and established. Our submission guidelines for both writers and designers are on our Design for love-crochet page. We accept submissions at any time, but we post suggested Themes and Inspirations on our Design for love-crochet page to help spark creativity |
